For all who want to achieve their goals and explore a more satisfying life, these are 2 significant skills you should apply; the art of relaxation and trying.
Why did I tell you that?
Most of us are doing their best to achieve their goals with anxiety and neglect our family and friends. If we reach our goals, we will be extremely tired if we choose to not relax and try. You have to be balanced more than pursuing to achieve your goal. Why? Because your health and relationship are more important and applying them increases your opportunity to reach.
The art of relaxation
Attempting to work all day is not the right choice. Thinking of increasing the working hours without taking rest may make you more anxious and psychologically compressed. Relaxation is one of the fundamental needs of our life. It does not oppose your productivity. On the contrary, it increases it. We have to take rest within the day and select a day of every week to be our holiday.
